The cleanest "no-drill" fuel solution. Converting your Rotopax into a diesel heater fuel cell shouldn't involve drilling permanent holes into an expensive container. Our Standpipe Kit is a direct replacement for your factory fuel spout, providing a professional-grade fuel pickup without drilling holes in your Rotopax.

The Standard Version of our Standpipe Kit is designed for maximum convenience and ease of use. It features an integrated Leak Mitigation Vent with a 90-degree internal baffle that is "always open." This ensures your diesel heater pump always has the vacuum relief it needs to run smoothly without any manual intervention.

Because the vent is always active, it's the perfect choice for campers who stick to established roads and avoid the heavy vibrations of rough, technical trails. While the internal geometry is designed to block fuel slosh, the "always-open" nature means it is best suited for stable transit conditions.   NOTE: If you would prefer manual venting to prevent all slosh induced leakage possibilities, please see our "Enhanced" version.

REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION:

1. Flame Arrester: You must remove or modify the internal flame arrester inside the Rotopax fuel hole to allow the standpipe to reach the bottom. If carefully removed, you an always reinstall at a later date. 
2. IMPORTANT- Factory Gasket: The rubber gasket from your original Rotopax spout must be transferred to this adapter for a proper seal.
3. Standpipe Prep: The standpipe is shipped curved for packaging. It is a highly bendable metal tube that must be straightened, bent, and cut to length (if needed) to fit your specific container size. For optimal usage, ensure the end of the tube sits as close to the bottom of the container as possible.
